Jennifer Hutchinson Morris
Founder/President
Jen is the oldest daughter of Janice and Tom Hutchinson and has dreamed of creating a nonprofit. She is a co-owner of a small woman-run educational consulting business, My Remarkable Self. She has spent much of her life volunteering—in schools, in the community and most recently at the Sharing Shelf in N.Y. Jen and her husband, Terry, reside in Rye, N.Y. with their three awesome sons. Jen is excited to carry on her mom’s legacy and hopes the JMH Family Fund brings joy to its many recipients.
Bryan Hutchinson
Vice President
Bryan is the middle son of Janice and Hutch and has dreamed of many ways to be an integral part of a plan to honor his mom and dad. Currently, he is a member of the Talent Acquisition Team in Global Technology for J.P. Morgan Chase. He has spent most of his career in this function spanning some of the bigger Corporations in the Mid-Atlantic States. Bryan and his wife, Nicole, reside in Wilmington, Del. along with his two children. Bryan is honored to be a part of the JMH Family Fund and feels this a great a way to honor his parents in a way they would want and deserve.
Kate Hutchinson Ippolito
Kate is the youngest child (and some think the favorite one due to her red hair!) of Janice and Hutch. She has been in the financial world since her graduation from Colgate University. Her roles have varied from summer intern to recruiting, and now is a practitioner of diversity, equity and inclusion at the London Stock Exchange Group. Her current role is to educate and support the businesses’ goals in the diversity space, which aligns very much with her passion for equity in the work force and helping young women develop successful careers. She currently resides in New Rochelle, N.Y. with her husband and two strong and beautiful girls. She is excited to partner and work with her siblings on the JMH Family Fund which she hopes will be spreading joy to others.

Merrill Pond
Merrill is a longtime close family friend of the Hutchinson family and is thrilled to be part of something that honors not just Janice and the outsize impact Janice had on everyone she met throughout her life, but the example set by Janice and Hutch for how to live a good, meaningful life. Merrill has spent her career working on the myriad issues facing urban areas, particularly New York City. Merrill lives in Brooklyn with her husband Jonathan, who regularly mentions cooking with Janice as some of his favorite moments, although he has yet to successfully recreate some of Merrill’s favorite Janice recipes.

Charlie Morris
Board Member
Charlie is Jen's oldest son and Janice's oldest grandchild. He currently attends the University of Notre Dame, majoring in American Studies with a minor in Journalism. He works as a hockey coach while at home in Rye, N.Y., and as a sports broadcaster at college. Charlie always cherished the time he spent with his Mimi, whether it was a day at the beach, a trip to a Cape May miniature golf course, or an early Sunday morning Mass. He is thrilled to be part of the JMH Family Fund with some of his amazing relatives and close family friends.
Alex Goodman
Board Member
Alex is the youngest of two boys who grew up outside of Philadelphia in Wynnewood, Pa. He is a passionate sports fan and specifically loves all things Philadelphia sports. For 20+ years Alex has worked as an investment professional specializing in US Equities at both hedge funds and large U.S. banks. He and his wife Caren, who is a pediatrician, have lived in Rye, N.Y. for 14 years and have three wonderful children. Alex loved Janice from the first time they met, sharing their love for all things Philadelphia including but not limited to the wonderful attributes of Narberth, Pa. and Lower Merion township. Alex is honored to be able to represent the legacy of Janice Hutchinson.
